Starter Templates

The pre-built agents available from Create Agent > Use a Template, including the two that include regulated-industry safety behavior.

Use a Template on the Create Agent menu copies one of these into a new agent you own and can edit freely — they're real, complete Start Call -> Agent -> End Call graphs, not empty shells, meant as a starting point rather than a finished production prompt.

Healthcare Appointment Scheduling

Built with a few safety behaviors regulated healthcare callers need, beyond generic scheduling:

  • Emergency triage first. The greeting itself asks whether this is a medical emergency before anything else, and routes straight to a 911/emergency-room redirect if so — the agent never attempts to schedule an emergency.
  • Identity verification. Full name and date of birth are confirmed before any appointment detail is discussed.
  • A no-medical-advice boundary. The booking-confirmation step explicitly states the agent can't discuss test results, diagnoses, or give medical advice over the line, and directs clinical questions to the caller's care team.

Debt Collections

Built around the core behaviors the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) requires of a debt-collection call:

  • Mandatory disclosure. The opening states plainly that the call is from a debt collector and that anything said will be used to collect the debt (the "mini-Miranda").
  • Identity verification before disclosure. No account or debt details are shared until the person on the line is confirmed to be the actual debtor — protecting against third-party disclosure.
  • Attorney redirect. If the caller says they're represented by counsel, the agent stops discussing the debt and directs further contact to the attorney.
  • Dispute rights. A caller who disputes the debt is told about their right to written verification, and the flow notes that collection activity pauses pending that verification.
  • Cease-contact is always honored. A request to stop being contacted ends the call respectfully, regardless of account status.

Both templates are a starting point, not a compliance guarantee. They cover the core behaviors called out above, but neither replaces your own legal review — you're responsible for the final prompt content, your organization's actual regulatory obligations, and anything you add or remove when you customize them. Treat the compliance-related nodes especially carefully if you edit them.
