Notifications
Talkr tells you when something needs attention — a campaign that stopped itself, a connector that lost access, credits running down, or a call your QA rules flagged.
Some things can't wait until you next open the dashboard. A connector whose access token expired will fail on every call that tries to use it. A campaign that hit its error threshold has stopped dialling. Talkr surfaces these as notifications rather than leaving you to notice.
Where they appear
The bell in the sidebar carries a count of anything unread. Open it for the list, newest first, each with a coloured dot for how urgent it is:
| Dot | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🔵 Blue | Informational — worth knowing, nothing is broken |
| 🟠 Amber | Something needs attention soon |
| 🔴 Red | Something is failing now |
Click a notification to mark it read, or Mark all read to clear the count in one go. Nothing is deleted — the list stays available.
What Talkr notifies you about
Connector needs re-authorization
An OAuth connection — Salesforce, HubSpot, Google — could not refresh its access token. Until you reconnect it from the Connectors page, any agent using it will fail that step mid-call. Talkr checks this on a schedule rather than waiting for a call to discover it.
Usage threshold crossed
Your organization has passed a percentage of its monthly call-minutes cap. You get one notification per threshold per billing cycle, not one per call — see Usage & Cost.
Campaign paused
A campaign stopped itself because too many calls were failing. Details and how to resume are in Campaigns.
Call flagged by QA
An automated quality review flagged a call against your rules. See QA.
Anything amber or red is also emailed to every Owner and Admin in your organization, because those are the ones that need a person to act and can't wait for someone to open the dashboard. Blue notifications stay in-app.
Emails carry your organization's branding if you've set it.
Choosing what you're told about
Settings → Notifications has a switch per category. Turning one off stops both the in-app notification and its email — there's no separate email setting to also remember.
By default every category is on. The setting is per organization, not per person, so it applies to everyone.
Switching off Connector needs re-authorization or Usage threshold crossed is worth thinking twice about. Both warn you about something that will otherwise surface as a failed call — an expired token doesn't announce itself, and a spent cap stops calls without warning.
What isn't here
Notifications cover your organization's operational health. They aren't a per-call feed — for what happened on individual calls, use Agents & Runs and Reports, or push call outcomes into your own systems with Webhooks.
