Branding

Customize the display name, logo, and accent color your team sees across the app, and that your invited teammates see in email.

The Branding section, under Settings, lets you customize how your organization's workspace looks and reads — useful if you're reselling Talkr under your own product name, or just want a personal touch. Every field is optional; leave them blank to use Talkr's own branding.

What you can customize

  • Display name — replaces "Talkr" in the browser tab title, and in invite and notification emails sent to your organization's members.
  • Logo — replaces the Talkr logo in the app sidebar. Accepts PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP, up to 2MB.
  • Accent color — replaces Talkr's default accent on primary buttons and focus rings throughout the app. Pick a color, or enter a hex value directly (e.g. #D99A3A).

Changes apply immediately across the app — no reload needed — and take effect the next time each teammate loads the app.

Saving and resetting

Click Save to apply your changes. Click Reset to default to clear your display name, logo, and accent color in one step and return to Talkr's own branding.

What isn't covered

Branding here applies to the authenticated app you and your team use after signing in, and to the emails Talkr sends on your organization's behalf (invites, and warning/critical notifications). It does not currently cover:

  • The sign-in and sign-up pages. There's no way to know which organization someone belongs to before they've signed in, so those pages always show Talkr's own branding.
  • A custom domain. The app is served from Talkr's own domain regardless of your display name.
  • The documentation site. Docs are shared across all Talkr customers and aren't organization-specific.

If your use case needs a fully white-labeled experience (custom domain, branded auth pages), reach out — this is a larger, separately-scoped project.
