Team & Invites
See who has access to your organization, invite teammates by email, and manage pending invites.
The Team section, under Settings, shows who has access to your organization and lets you invite new teammates by email.
Viewing your team
The Team card lists every member of your organization with their email and role. Any member of your organization can view this list.
Roles
Talkr has three roles:

| Owner | Full access. Reserved for the organization's creator — not selectable when inviting a teammate. |
| Admin | Full access, same permissions as Owner. |
| Member | No special permissions by default — can't invite or remove teammates, manage billing, or change organization-wide settings. |
Inviting a teammate
Inviting and revoking requires the permission to manage organization members (held by Owners and Admins). If you don't have it, you'll see the member list but not the invite button or pending invites.
- Click Invite Teammate.
- Enter their email.
- Choose a role — Member or Admin.
- Click Send Invite.
They'll receive an email with a link to join your organization. Pending invites appear in their own section, visually distinct from active members (a dashed border and an outlined role badge), so you can see at a glance who hasn't accepted yet.
Revoking an invite
Click the revoke action next to a pending invite to cancel it immediately — there's no confirmation step, and no undo. The invited email will no longer be able to use that link to join.
There's currently no way to resend an invite from the dashboard. If someone lost their invite email, revoke it and send a new one.
Accepting an invite
When a recipient clicks the link in their invite email, they land on an accept-invite page showing which organization they're joining. If they're new to Talkr, they set a name and password to create their account; existing users sign in. Once accepted, they're a member of your organization with the role you assigned. Invites that have expired or were revoked show as no longer valid.
