Agent Runs & Usage
Full run history across every agent, a custom filter builder, per-run cost, daily usage totals, and CSV export.
In the dashboard sidebar this page is labeled Agent Runs (/usage). It's the full run history for your organization — every call from every agent, in one place — with filtering, optional per-run cost, and daily usage totals.
For a single agent's run history, open that agent and go to Runs instead — see Agents & Runs.
Filtering runs
Add a filter with the attribute dropdown, or start from a saved template. Available filters:
| Filter | Type |
|---|---|
| Date Range | Up to 90 days, with quick presets |
| Duration | Seconds, with quick presets |
| Disposition | Multi-select, up to 5 |
| Caller Number / Called Number | Partial text match |
| Run ID | Exact number |
| Agent | Pick from your active agents |
| Campaign ID | Exact number |
Apply filters with the Apply button, or the Cmd/Ctrl + Enter shortcut.
The runs table
Columns: Run ID, Agent Name, Call Type (inbound/outbound), Phone Number, Disposition, Date, Duration, and, when your organization has pricing configured (see below), Cost (USD). Click a row to open its run detail view.
Per-run cost
The Cost (USD) column and the daily usage breakdown only appear once your organization has a per-second price configured. Reach out to your Talkr contact (self-hosted deployments: your administrator) to have pricing set up for your organization.
Daily usage breakdown
When pricing is configured, a Daily Usage Breakdown table shows the last 7 days: date, minutes used, cost, and number of calls, with a total row at the bottom.
Timezone
The timezone shown throughout this page — and used to bucket the daily breakdown — is your organization's configured timezone. Changing it here updates it everywhere else it's used (Overview, Reports, run timestamps). It's an organization-wide setting, not per-user.
Exporting to CSV
Once you've applied at least one filter, Download Filtered Results exports the matching runs as a CSV: run and agent identifiers, timestamps, phone number, disposition, call duration, every extracted template variable, call tags, and links to the transcript and recording.
The CSV export does not include a cost column, even when per-run cost is shown on screen. For cost reporting, use the on-page table or the daily usage breakdown.
