Reports
Daily call metrics, disposition and duration distributions, per-workflow filtering, and CSV export.
The Reports page (/reports) gives you a daily breakdown of call activity: how many calls ran, how they ended, and how long they lasted.
Choosing a day
Reports cover a single day at a time, shown in your organization's configured timezone. Step between days with the previous/next arrows, or pick a specific date from the calendar (future dates are disabled). You can't select a date range — for trends across many days, use Agent Runs and its date filter, or the daily usage breakdown.
Filtering by agent
Use the workflow dropdown to scope the whole page to a single agent, or leave it on All Workflows to see activity across every agent in your organization.
Metrics
Two summary cards sit at the top of the page:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Workflow Runs | Total calls processed on the selected day |
| Transfer Dispositions | Calls whose disposition indicates a transfer |
Charts
- Disposition Distribution — a bar chart of call outcomes for the day, with the top 5 dispositions by volume and everything else rolled into an "Other" bucket. Hover a bar for the exact count and percentage of the day's calls.
- Call Duration Distribution — a bar chart of how long calls lasted, bucketed into fixed ranges:
0-10s,10-30s,30-60s,60-120s,120-180s, and>180s.
Disposition values aren't a fixed list — they're set per call, usually from the reason your agent's End Call tool gives when it ends the conversation (see End Call), falling back to a system-level reason (e.g. no answer, error, idle timeout) when the call ends without one. Calls with no disposition at all are grouped under "Unknown." Design your End Call reasons with reporting in mind if you want clean categories here.
Downloading a CSV
Once the selected day has at least one run, Download CSV exports the day's calls (respecting the workflow filter) with phone number, disposition, duration in seconds, and a link to each call's run detail page.
