CleverTap
Track events, update profiles, and look up a caller's engagement profile mid-call.
The CleverTap connector lets your voice agents record engagement events, keep user profiles current, and pull up a caller's existing profile — directly from a conversation, using your organization's own CleverTap account.
Connect it
CleverTap uses an API key, not OAuth.
- Go to /connectors and click Connect on CleverTap.
- Enter your Account ID, Passcode, and Region (all found under CleverTap Dashboard > Settings > Integration). The region is a short code like
in1,us1,sg1, oreu1— CleverTap's API is split across regional data centers. - Click Connect.

Example
An agent starts a call by calling get_user_profile with the caller's phone number to check whether they're an existing user before deciding how to greet them, then calls track_event with call_completed at the end so the marketing team's CleverTap campaigns pick it up.
