LeadSquared
Capture leads, identify callers, and log call activity from a live call, using your organization's own LeadSquared account.
The LeadSquared connector lets your voice agents create leads, identify a returning caller by phone number, and log call-outcome activity — directly from a conversation, using your organization's own LeadSquared account.
Connect it
LeadSquared uses an Access Key and Secret Key, not OAuth.
- Go to /connectors and click Connect on LeadSquared.
- Enter your Access Key and Secret Key (LeadSquared > Settings > API Settings). Both are required for every API call.
- If your account is on a region-specific data center, enter its host under API Host — otherwise leave it blank to use
api.leadsquared.com. - Click Connect.
log_lead_activity needs an Activity Type code from your own LeadSquared account (LeadSquared Admin > Settings > Activity Types) — pass it as activity_event_id. This is account-specific configuration, the same way a Freshsales deal-stage ID is opaque to Talkr.
Actions
| Action | Description | Parameters |
|---|---|---|
create_lead | Create or update a lead. Matches an existing lead by email or phone if one exists. | first_name, last_name, email, phone, city, source — email or phone required |
get_lead_by_phone | Look up an existing lead by phone number — use to identify a caller at the start of a call. | phone (required) |
log_lead_activity | Log a call-outcome activity against an existing lead. | lead_id (required), activity_event_id (required), note |
Attach these to a workflow node like any other tool — see Tools for how tool attachment and invocation work.
Example
An inbound sales agent calls get_lead_by_phone with the caller's number as soon as the call connects to check whether they're an existing lead, greets them by name if found, and calls log_lead_activity at the end of the call to record the outcome (e.g. "Interested — callback requested") against their record.
