ShipRocket
Check shipment and delivery status mid-call, using your organization's own ShipRocket account.
The ShipRocket connector lets your voice agents check a shipment's delivery status by AWB code or order ID — directly from a conversation, using your organization's own ShipRocket account. Built for the most common post-purchase call in Indian e-commerce: "where's my order," delivery-attempt confirmations, and COD follow-ups.
Connect it
ShipRocket uses your account email and password, not an API key.
- Go to /connectors and click Connect on ShipRocket.
- Enter your ShipRocket Account Email and Password — the same credentials you use to log in to the ShipRocket dashboard.
- Click Connect.
Talkr exchanges your credentials for a ShipRocket session token behind the scenes and refreshes it automatically — your email and password are never sent to any other endpoint.
Actions
| Action | Description | Parameters |
|---|---|---|
track_shipment_by_awb | Get the current delivery status of a shipment by its AWB (airway bill) tracking code. | awb_code (required) |
track_order | Get the current delivery status of an order by its ShipRocket order ID — use when the caller only has their order number, not an AWB. | order_id (required) |
Attach these to a workflow node like any other tool — see Tools for how tool attachment and invocation work.
Order creation isn't supported yet — this connector covers tracking, the highest-value mid-call use case. Let us know if creating shipments from a call would help your workflow.
Example
A caller asks a support agent where their order is. The agent asks for the order number, calls track_order, and tells the caller the current status and expected delivery date without needing to open ShipRocket's dashboard.
